Responsibilities:

The role holder will be responsible for managing fixed income portfolios and for directing the research efforts of the team.
Help drive the alpha generation of the team and make a significant individual contribution to this process, particularly in Asian investments; investment experience outside of Asia preferred but not required.
Conduct bottom up credit research and develop credit strategies based on fundamental, technical and sector relative value analysis.
Research both political and macroeconomic data and lead the rates and FX strategies for the portfolios.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, accounting or other related disciplines.
No less than 8 years` fixed income research or investment related experience in asset management industry. At least 5 years portfolio management experience with sound track record.
Solid foundation of financial analysis, familiar with credit research framework, and proficient in bond research methods.
Energetic to take challenges, and can work under pressure.
Strong logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
